There is no longer a ‘Computer Help’ group.
However, one to one assistance with laptops, tablets & mobiles, is available at the public library (Walkergate) on Wednesdays, from 2-4pm (providing ‘Geek’ is available). MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE, WITH LIBRARY RECEPTION. (If no bookings, “Geek” won’t come !).
Help is provided by u3a members who have a range of experiences, but is organised and booked by library staff: there is no contact point within the u3a.
It will be arranged individually, with a helper member who hopefully has some knowledge of your device and the type of problem. We are not experts and don’t promise to solve your problem. But we’ll give it a go!
